About the Role

As a Contract & Tender Manager, you will lead and coordinate the full tender and contract lifecycle. This includes preparation, documentation, submission, follow‑up, and governance, ensuring high commercial standards and compliance. This position also includes ongoing customer interaction and collaboration across the entire tender and contract process.

You will be part of the Nordic & Baltics Contract & Tender team within the Commercial Development organization and report to the Senior Contract & Tender Manager located in Sweden. Position is based in Oslo, Norway.


What You Will Do

  • Lead and coordinate the end‑to‑end tender and contract management process for Norway.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely tender submissions.

  • Monitor and manage tender publications via relevant subscription platforms.

  • Maintain and update customer‑specific contract documentation, including Tender Calendars and Tender & Activity logs.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards and internal governance processes.

  • Develop and improve tools, systems, and procedures related to tender and contract management.

  • Delegate tasks effectively and follow up on progress.

  • Foster strong cross‑functional collaboration aligned with company priorities.


Who You Are

We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead and coordinate work across projects and stakeholders. You communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and combine attention to detail with a broader perspective. With solid project management and problem‑solving skills, you are comfortable handling multiple priorities, driving continuous improvement, and working both independently and as part of a team.

  • A relevant university degree.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in tender processes, public procurement, contract management, or similar commercial roles involving complex agreements, ideally within healthcare or medical devices.

  • Strong proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including Excel.

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
